The downstairs Pizzeria is now open Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Big news for weekend pizza: the downstairs Pizzeria is expanding its hours. Our traditional brick oven is now firing three days a week instead of two.

Here's the new downstairs schedule:

• Friday — 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Saturday — 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Sunday — 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

That means Saturday is no longer just an evening thing — come in for lunch — and Sunday afternoons in Conifer just got a whole lot better.

Upstairs, the Taproom is open all week as always, with the Hot Rocks brick oven turning out the same pies. But if you want the full downstairs experience — the traditional brick oven front and center in the open kitchen — Friday through Sunday is your window. Pull up, grab a table, order right from the QR code at your seat, and let our food runners handle the rest.
