About
❄️ 🎿🏔️ Getting out into the backcountry is why a lot of us live up here, but knowing what the snow is doing under your feet is the difference between a good day and a bad one. We’re opening up the Underground for an evening focused on avalanche awareness and snow safety. Whether you tour on skis, ride a splitboard, or spend weekends on a sled, this is a relaxed chance to sharpen your decision-making and learn what to look for before you head past the ropes. Join your fellow mountain explorers for this great opportunity to build your knowledge, learn about avalanche awareness, and feel more prepared for your winter adventures. Grab a pint upstairs, wander down, and spend an evening talking mountain safety with the folks you share the trailheads with. For everyone from seasoned backcountry enthusiasts to first time mountaineers and everyone in between, come hang out and get ready for winter in this free educational class. ❄️ 🎿🏔️
