Prep Chef

Schedule: Mostly 9am–5pm (some earlier days). Weekends required.
If you love mise en place more than the service rush, this is your spot. We're growing fast and need someone who can set the kitchen up for our lunatic weekends. No experience cooking? No problem — we'll train the right person.
What you'll do
- Run the prep list — wash, chop, portion, label
- Build the foundation: stocks, sauces, sliced meats, prepped veg
- Light cooking — reductions, parboils, simple dishes (salads, sandwiches)
- Keep the walk-in organized, rotated, and spotless
- Set up workstations so the line cooks can fly during service
- Maintain sanitation + nutrition standards
