What you'll do
- Run the line during lunch + dinner rushes
- Assemble pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and apps from hand-stretched dough and real sauces
- Keep prep moving and the station tight
- Communicate with the rest of the crew — no silent shifts
- Hold the kitchen to the standard you'd want to eat at
