Snowpack Taproom & Pizzeria

We are lcurrently operating out of 2 locations.  Our old location in Green Valley is located west of Aspen Park just off of Highway 285 in Conifer.  The address is 11863 Springs Rd. #200, Conifer, CO 80433.

Our new location, that we're moving into over the remainder of 2025 and early 2026, is located in the Conifer Town Center (Safeway) shopping center.  Our address at the new location is 27175 Main Street, Conifer, Colorado 80433.

We allow well-behaved dogs down on The Beach at our old location in Green Valley but they are not permitted inside the restaurant or on our patio.  All dogs must remain on a leash at all times and owners must clean up after their pets.  We have waste bags available down on The Beach in case you forget your own.  

Our new location unfortunately does not have a dog-friendly area as pups are not permitted in areas where food is served, which is our entire new location on Main Street.

If it were up to us, we'd welcome pups everywhere, but alas, it is not up to us.

Registered service animals are always welcome.

We specialize in serving only the highest quality craft beer that we can find.  We keep a wide range of styles and flavors available at all times so there's always something for everyone.  

We sure do!  We've been told our selection of whiskey is one of the finest in Colorado.  We also offer most styles of wine, tequila, gin, rum, liqueurs, wine and so much more. 

You can buy gift cards two different ways.  We sell digital gift cards (which is the most convenient method) in our online store.

We also sell physical gift cards in-person at Snowpack.  Just stop by and ask a bartender for a physical card and they'll load one up for you.

Reservations must be made at least one week in advance and the party size must be 20+.  We do not accept same-day reservations and we can not make reservations for special events like sporting events, wrestling, brewery events, music nights, etc.  All seating is first-come, first-served.  We do not reserve tables in our dining room or on our patio.  All reservations for large parties are made for our beach area.  If weather is an issue during your reservation we will make all efforts to accommodate your party in our dining room or event space.  A gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to all reservation tabs.

Happy Hour is Monday-Friday from 3-6pm. You'll get 15% off all drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic as well as 15% off all Munchies.

The kitchen closes 30 minutes before our posted time each day.  Sunday through Thursday it closes at 8:30pm; on Friday and Saturday, it closes at 9:30pm.  Please have your orders submitted via snowpackgo.com prior to this time.
